PayPal,
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted via PayPal's secure payment gateway. You
do not need a PayPal account to use this payment service. We can accept personal checks or money
orders via US mail; items will ship when funds have been cleared.
Return Policy
If your order does not meet your expectation, you may return it for a full refund within
5 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning an order. We do not cover the cost of shipping. Requirements for
returning merchandise are as follows:
1.
Items must be returned in the original packaging. 2.
Include the invoice and a written explanation for return. 3. Ship via registered mail or use delivery confirmation
& tracking. 4. Insurance is recommended
- if we do not receive the package, we will not issue a refund. Provided the item is received in good condition, a refund will be promptly issued upon receipt. Please do not return items that have been worn or damaged in your care.
Warranty & Quality
Each piece comes with a one-year replacement warranty and the guarantee it is securely
assembled. In the rare instance your jewelry should break, you may send it back, via USPS Priority Mail, for a
free repair and your shipping costs will be reimbursed (first year only). Affordable repair charges on any breakage after
the first year or due to customer *mishaps*. This does not apply to *custom orders*.
All Lookie-Lookie! pieces are handcrafted in our studio with the highest quality materials.
The beads and components come from all over the world. Lookie-Lookie! uses unique, beautiful and inspiring stones,
crystal, glass and other beads. We work hard to ensure the high quality you expect when investing in a piece of
jewelry. Some of our pieces are one-of-a-kind while others are reproduced in limited editions. Each design is
unique to Lookie-Lookie!.
Privacy Policy
The information you provide when placing an order is never
sold or shared with other companies or parties. You will not be placed on any mailing lists, although we may occasionally
notify our customers of new items or sales. Any information provided to Lookie-Lookie! during an order will be
used strictly for completing that order. Orders are processed through a secure server at PayPal; your credit
card information is not kept on file at Lookie-Lookie.com.
